THE BLUE WEIMARANER TODAY

The dog that started it all
Cäsar von Gaiberg ("Tell") is considered the "father of the Blues."  All Blue Weimaraners, and many Gray Weimaraners, go back to this influential dog.  Imported from Germany for his excellent bloodlines, conformation and hunting ability, Tell's arrival to the U.S. was the genesis of decades of in-fighting over the coat color.
